TrimBuilt Home Improvements, Melbourne was formed in 1984 by John & Jean Humphreys. As the family business evolved, their son Darran Howard, brought a new source of motivation to the business when he joined the Company in 1989. Now along with his wife Jane Howard they are both full Partners with John & Jean in the Business.
TrimBuilt aims to provide homeowners in Melbourne with high quality construction at a reasonable price. Whether your after second storey additions or ground floor house extensions, timber decking, carports, pergolas, patios, or anything other type of additional structure, TrimBuilt are here to help! All of our carpenters are fully employed by TrimBuilt and are not sub-contracted. We provide a 6 year guarantee on all workmanship and materials. And all STRATCO "OUTBACK" products carry a FIFTEEN Year Guarantee from STRATCO. TrimBuilt are Registered Builders DBU-3199 (Domestic) & CBU-6558 (Commercial) with the "Victorian Building Authority" in Melbourne and are also members of the "Housing Industry Association" of Australia, Membership No 508397. |
